FHCM Users Limited is a non-profit making organisation, wholly owned by its membership, limited by guarantee and funded by membership subscriptions and fees from Conference and Workshops. It is run by members for members and is independent of Infor. Its mission is " to enable members to use Infor Financial Applications software more effectively, and to derive maximum benefit from their investment in these systems, now and into the future."

The benefits of membership include the interchange of ideas, information and knowledge between members, consultants and other experts. By acting collectively members can wield greater influence over Infor. Quality and value for money are ensured by the Directors elected by the membership. They make every effort to ensure that all the activities of the User Group are of high quality, cost effective and achieve their objectives. The non-profit making status of the Group means that surplus funds are used for the benefit of members.

The group holds an Annual Conference  providing sessions from experienced users, independent speakers, consultants and industry experts. It enables members to obtain information from presentations whilst providing the opportunity to discuss problems, solutions and ideas with others. It also facilitates members in building up a network of useful contacts.

Each year the Group holds 5 -6 Workshops on specific topics. Each Workshop is designed to be highly interactive and enables members with particular interests to have in-depth discussions with similar minded members and expert speakers.

The User Group also has an active Product Development Committee, comprising experienced users. They obtain individual members' development requirements, prioritise them, present them to Infor and monitor their response, which is then subsequently reported to the membership.

To keep members up to date with news and events a newsletter is issued quarterly.

Finally, the Group publishes a 'Year Book' containing details of members, products used and operating platforms, providing the opportunity to make contact with the other users of the software.

All this for only £150 + VAT which gives your organisation full membership until 31 December 2008. I do hope that you will agree that this represents excellent value for money and I look forward to receiving your membership application and fee soon.
